OUR SOCIETY
MThe purpose of the Wise County Fossil Rock and Mineral Society is to promote interest in geology and geological sciences, mineralogy, and lapidary arts , serving Wise County and the cities within.
Membership is open to all who are interested in the earth sciences, geology of Wise County, and lapidary arts.
MEETINGS
Wise County Fossil, Rock, & Mineral Society meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month , (except March, and July).
The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. with a pot luck supper furnished by members. No one ever goes away hungry!!
VISITORS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO JOIN US.
